To provide standardized procedures for conducting AI training sessions, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality AI education and hands-on guidance for clients at all experience levels.


This SOP applies to AI Training services for:

  • Public AI platform training (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Custom workflow development
  • Prompt engineering techniques
  • AI tool integration

Lead Technician Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-training assessment
  • Prepare training environment and materials
  • Deliver training sessions professionally
  • Record sessions and provide documentation
  • Follow up with clients and provide support

Client Responsibilities

  • Complete pre-training questionnaire
  • Provide access to relevant systems/accounts
  • Attend scheduled training session
  • Practice techniques and provide feedback
